Prep & Aftercare Before: arrive with clean, dry skin; avoid lotions/oils on the day; ideal hair length 0.5–1 cm. After (first 24h): avoid sun, heat, beach/pool, workouts, and tight clothing; skip alcohol/acid-based products.
