Apply cuticle oil 1–2× daily. Avoid using nails as tools (no can-opening or scraping). Book maintenance every 2–3 weeks. Safe removal Removal is salon-performed via soak-off/foil wrap with professional remover and light surface filing. Do not peel the gel to protect the nail plate. Includes only gel polish.
